The purpose of a speech and language evaluation is to measure the patient’s communication skills. Formal assessments, behavioral observations, parental report and patient history are used to determine if a speech and / or language problem is present. For determining the language and speech problems, we use PLS4, speech discrimination tests, word recognition and discrimination tests, sentence recognition and discrimination tests. Then rehabilitation program will be planed for each patient.
