ABOUT US |
 Our Hearing and
Vestibular Disorders Center was established at the Atatürk Training and Research
Hospital in 2005. This was sprouted by the European Union Leonardo Da Vinci Project
named “New Approaches and Standards for Computerized Audio-vestibular Center”.
The first step of our strategic plan was accomplished in its establishment. Therefore
we are proud of being Turkey’s first computerized Audio-vestibular Center. The laboratory
data of our patients is stored in our main computer and is being used not only in
our hospital but also nationally and internationally for counseling and exchanging
knowledge by the internet.
Our Centers Strategic Targets are;
-Diagnostic Audiology (children-adults) and rehabilitation
-Tinnitus and Rehabilitation
- Vertigo diagnosis and Rehabilitation
Our vision is to treat patients throughout Turkey by not only using our knowledge
and experience but also by following modern and current international methods and
the latest technological equipment in their diagnosis and rehabilitation.
To accomplish this, one audiologist specialist, one educational audiologist and
five audiolometricians are working in our center.
