Klinik :
Ekim-2003 tarihinde kurulan kliniğimizde klinik şefine ilaveten halen kadrolu
olarak üç uzman ve onbir asistan ile hizmet vermektedir. Değişik illerden ve merkezlerden
kliniğimize eğitim amacı ile gelEn uzman hekimler de bulunabilmektedir.
Mevcut teknik imkanlarımızla idrar kaçırmanın varlığını, biçimini, mesane
ve üretranın fonksiyonlarını gösteren invaziv, yüksek teknik, bilgi ve beceri gerektiren
bilgisayar destekli basınç ve akım değişikliklerini ölçen ürodinami ünitesi, idrar
akım hızının ölçüldüğü üroflowmetri ünitesi ve elektromyografik üriner sistem incelemeleri
mevcuttur. Erektil disfonksiyonun tanı ve sınflandırılmasında kavernozometri uygulanabilmektedir.
Ayrıca çok gelişmiş bir ultrasonografi cihazı ile transrektal sistematik prostat
biyopsilerine ilaveten her türlü girişimsel işlemler yapılabilmektedir. Yine Doppler
inceleme ve üç boyutlu incelemeler de dahil ürolojik tanısal işlemler gerçekleştirilebilmektedir.
Her yaştan hastaya her türlü açık ve minima invaziv cerrahi girişimler yapılabilmektedir.
Bunlar arasından özellikle ürolojik kanser tedavileri ve bunlara ilişkin rekonstrüktif
ürolojik cerrahi dünyanın en ileri merkezlerinde yapıldığı şekliyle kliniğimizde
de başarı ile yapılmaktadır. Bu tedavilere ilave olarak üriner sistem taş hastalığının
modern tedavi şekli olan perkütan taş cerrahisi, çocuk endoskopik ve perkütan cerrahi
girişimler uygulanabilmektedir. Tüm endoürolojik cerrahi işlemler ve prostat dokusunun
lazer sistemi ile buharlaştırıldığı greenlight veya PVP cihazımız mevcuttur. Laparoskopik
sistemlerimizle her türlü laparoskopik girişim uygulanabilmektedir. Çoıcuk ürolojisi
ile ilgili hertürlü açık ve endoskopik cerrahi yöntemleri de sunduğumuz hizmetler
arasında sayılmalıdır. Günümüzün en gelişmiş robotik cerrahi sistemi Da Vinci S
robotik sistemi Mart 2009 tarihi itibariyle hizmet vermeye başlayacaktır.

Amaç ve hedefler:
Nitelikli hekimlik, deneyimli ve eğitimli personeli ile hastalarımıza
kaliteli ve kapsamlı tıbbi hizmet vermek ayrıca hasta memnuniyetini en üst düzeyde
tutmayı amaçlamaktadır. Asistan eğitiminde öncelikli amaçlarımız, değerlendirme
yeteneği gelişmiş, akademik düşünceye hakim, tanı ve ayırıcı tanı için yeterli bilgi
birikim düzeyine sahip, güncel literatüri yorumlama ve eleştirme yetisine sahip,
klinik problemleri günümüzün bilimsel bilgileri dahilinde çözebilen, uygun pratik
yaklaşımları bilen, uygulayabilen ve dünya standardında bilgi ve becerileri olan
doktorlar olarak yetiştirmektir. İnsan sağlığı konusunda deneyimli hekimlerin ve
uzmanların yetiştirildiği halen bölgemizde bir referans merkezi durumuna gelmiş
olan kliniğimiz, ileriye dönük plan ve programlarını ülke çapında bir referans merkezi
olma doğrultusunda yapmaktadır.
